Live On Demand Trainings

We understand that life happens when you are making other plans and we want to be accommodating. If you need to substitute a colleague to take your place or cancel a registration, please contact TIC at cbest@ticllc.org no later than 5 business weekdays before the start of the training.

Because we provide access to the on-demand courses right after receipt of payment, cancellations will be refunded, minus a $250 fee. No substitutions or refunds will be 1 week before the course begins.
